About the Role

Our client, a reputable organization in the FMCG sector, is seeking an experienced and meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality control initiatives in Kimberley . This critical role ensures that all products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, experience in the FMCG manufacturing environment, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of product integrity and safety. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance programs and systems for FMCG products . Oversee all quality control testing and inspection processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation to ensure compliance. Manage and train the QA team, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).



Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, certifications, and quality best practices. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a management role. Proven experience within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is essential. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Benefits
