About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of PSC Engineering to lead a team of field-deployed product security solution engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical ownership of product security for a diverse range of connected devices and embedded systems. This role is pivotal in the mission to secure the connected world, with a focus on providing actionable insights, critical vulnerability data, and remediation guidance to mitigate product risk. The Head of PSC Engineering will be a manager-first leader, with a hands-on technical component, and will be tasked with hiring, developing, and running a team of engineers who deliver services such as penetration tests, firmware analysis, and compliance as a service. The role requires a deep understanding of product security, including firmware and binary analysis,



penetration testing, and risk assessment, as well as the ability to connect field operations with product development.

Applicants for the Head of PSC Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' direct people management experience and a proven track record of mentoring and developing technical talent. A background in product security, embedded and connected device security, application security, or offensive security, with at least 8 years' experience, is essential. The role demands a leader who can run a technical delivery function to SLAs and quality standards, and who is familiar with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a robust communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and will have a deep, hands-on expertise in the relevant technical areas. Experience in building and scaling service lines, as well as industry-specific knowledge in sectors such as aerospace, medical, automotive, energy, or industrial cyber-physical systems, is a plus.
