The Global Packaging and Labelling team is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and producing end-to-end packaging and labels. We work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the business and partners throughout supply chain. We meet the needs of our product, guests, markets and channels in order to achieve our strategic priorities and business goals. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production ready and support successful product delivery.
The Packaging and Labelling Development team creates end to end packaging and labelling solutions that meet the requirements for our global markets. In partnership with Packaging Design and Operations, the Development team collaborates with vendors, suppliers, and cross functional partners to produce packaging and labelling that complement our product assortment.
The Packaging Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and refining packaging solutions that reflect lululemon’s brand standards and sustainability goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating packaging specifications, collaborating with cross-functional partners in product, design, sourcing, and supply chain, and working with vendors to ensure packaging quality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability. The role also involves testing materials, maintaining documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives,
and ensuring packaging meets regulatory and compliance requirements in key markets. This is a contract position based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration with some work from home.
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
The typical hiring range for this position is from $72,000-$96,000 CAD for 12 month period. This is a contract role and does not include benefits package.
In-person collaboration and connection is important to our culture. Work is performed onsite, minimum 4 days per week.
