In this role, you will spearhead BTR’s sales efforts, strategizing and executing sales plans specific to environmental products. Your leadership will empower the sales team while you develop strong relationships within the municipal sector. Key Responsibilities: • Lead rental and off-rent sales efforts in Eastern Canada • Cultivate relationships with existing customers and current prospects • Conduct weekly meetings to drive market share growth • Work with leadership to execute sales strategies • Provide monthly and quarterly sales performance reports

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience • 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience • Proven success in sales strategy execution • Strong communication skills for diverse clientele • Ability to manage 50%+ overnight travel
