As we continue to grow across Ontario, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to join and support our London, Ontario team.This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure and municipal projects while contributing to client growth, team collaboration, and project delivery excellence across Southwestern Ontario.About the RoleWorking closely with technical teams, clients, and leadership across GEI, the successful candidate will support and lead a variety of municipal infrastructure, civil engineering, and land development projects from proposal through design and construction.This position combines project management, technical coordination, client relationship management, and team collaboration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands‑on project involvement.Lead and manage municipal infrastructure, land development, and civil engineering projects throughout all project phasesCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project deliverySupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and client communicationPrepare and review technical drawings, reports, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documentationSupport grading, servicing, drainage, stormwater management, watermain, sanitary sewer, and roadway design projectsConduct or coordinate site visits, field reviews, and construction inspections as requiredBuild and maintain strong client, contractor, municipal, and stakeholder relationshipsSupport business development initiatives including proposals, client engagement,



and regional growth opportunitiesMentor and support junior staff and contribute to a team-oriented team environmentCollaborate with teams across GEI offices to share technical expertise and project resourcesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related fieldP.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligibility for registration is considered an assetOACETT designation or eligibility is considered an asset for technologist candidates8+ years of related experience in municipal infrastructure, civil engineering, consulting, or land development projectsExperience managing or coordinating engineering and infrastructure projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong understanding of municipal servicing, stormwater management, grading, and infrastructure designConstruction administration or field inspection experience is considered an assetStrong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skillsCollaborative and professional approach with strong attention to detailValid driver’s license and access to transportationPhysical and environmental requirements for this position are available upon request.We are GEI.Some of the world’s most pressing problems – from climate change to sustainable development, to critical infrastructure and the future of our energy supply – need our brightest and diverse minds working together to create safer, more resilient communities for tomorrow.We are technical experts, collaborators, and entrepreneurs who draw from diverse backgrounds to solve our clients’ most complex challenges.With several offices across North America, we offer a range of engineering, science, and technical consulting services.
