About the roleAs a Marketing Project Manager at Stryve, you’ll play a critical role in leading the day-to-day delivery of complex and highly custom marketing projects across branding, websites, and digital strategy initiatives.This is a client‑facing role that sits at the centre of communication between clients, leadership, and delivery teams. You’ll regularly work directly with clients to manage expectations, solve problems, and keep work moving forward.You’ll be responsible for creating structure in fast‑moving environments, protecting delivery teams from unnecessary chaos and scope creep, and keeping clients informed and supported throughout the engagement.As the first person in this role, you’ll also play a key part in shaping our project‑management practices, building systems that scale, and helping us level up how we plan, track, and deliver work.Location & Work ArrangementThis position is remote‑first and open to Canadian residents who can work in the Eastern Time zone. You’ll need to travel to our Kitchener office or nearby client sites a few times a year; being within a commutable distance is essential.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and workback schedulesScheduling and facilitating client and/or internal team meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow‑upsManaging project timelines, priorities, deliverables, risks, and dependenciesManaging project scope and proactively preventing scope creepNavigating difficult client conversations, misalignment, or delivery challenges with professionalism and confidenceProtecting delivery teams from unmanaged requests and keeping work focused and achievableManaging project onboarding and off‑boarding processesMaintaining Jira projects, sprint planning, workflows, and task managementTracking budgets, hours, utilization,



and project delivery healthDeveloping and improving operational systems and delivery processesAnalyzing project post‑mortems and identifying opportunities to improve how we workRequirementsOur new Marketing Project Manager will bring 4+ years of experience managing complex client‑facing projects, ideally in an agency, professional services, consulting, or fast‑paced service‑based environment.Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving timelines, budgets, scope, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teamsStrong client‑facing communication and account management capabilities; confident leadingmeetings, video calls, presentations, and navigating tricky client conversationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and organizationComfort working with remote teams using digital project‑management and collaboration tools (e.G., Jira, Tempo, SharePoint, Zoho, Miro, Microsoft Suite)Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (design, marketing, account, vendors)Bonus points if you havePMP certificationExperience with agile project‑management principlesExperience in a marketing or digital agency, or professional services environmentExperience managing website, branding, or digital marketing projectsFamiliarity with Statements of Work (SOWs), retainers,
