We are also proud to be Great Place To Work Certified, reflecting our commitment to our people, culture, and career development.The RoleAs a Health & Safety Field Consultant, you will work directly with clients at their workplaces, delivering hands‑on health and safety consulting services tailored to their operations. This is a field‑based role supported by remote work, where you’ll use Peninsula’s systems, tools, and documentation to help clients build, implement, and maintain effective health and safety management systems.You will work Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet client needs. This role offers strong opportunities for career progression for successful and motivated consultants.CompensationBase salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (dependent on experience)Car allowance: $8,400 annuallyCompetitive total compensation package reflecting experience and qualificationsClear opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding organizationKey ResponsibilitiesProactively contact clients to confirm and follow up on scheduled appointmentsConduct on‑site and virtual client visits to assess operations and develop customized health and safety management systemsDeliver professional and practical health and safety services, including:Regulatory compliance advice and recommendationsRisk assessments and workplace inspectionsHealth and safety trainingGap analyses against legislative, COR,
