ABOUT THE PROJECT:Our client is expanding and standing up multiplegreenfield sitesacross their network, including dealerships, data centres, and corporate offices. These environments are being designed centrally, and this role will be responsible forexecuting and delivering those designs into production .This is ahands-on delivery rolerequiring a strong technical leader who can take full ownership of execution—someone who candrive the work, coordinate all moving parts, and actively participate in the implementation .ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, you will act as thetechnical lead and delivery ownerfor network deployments across multiple sites. You will be expected to take initiative, keep momentum, and ensure successful delivery—while also being directly involved in the work itself.Lead end-to-end implementation of network infrastructure across greenfield sites (dealerships, data centres, offices)Translate approved network designs into actionable deployment plans and execute themAct as the central point of ownership—driving timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring progressPerform hands‑on configuration, installation, and validation of network infrastructureCoordinate and manage third‑party vendors responsible for cabling, hardware installation, and related servicesEnsure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards across all deploymentsIdentify and resolve issues in real time during implementationsWork closely with architecture, security,



and infrastructure teams to align and deliver successfullyREQUIREMENTS:Must‑have:10+ years of experience in network engineeringwith a strong focus onimplementation and deliveryProven experience leadingmulti‑site or greenfield network rolloutsStrong hands‑on experience with enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, wireless)Experience physically installing, configuring, and validating network infrastructureDemonstrated ability toown delivery end‑to‑end —driving work forward while also executing technicallyStrong vendor coordination and management experienceExperience operating in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift and execution is keyStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills during live deploymentsExperience with Cisco environments (primary), with exposure to Aruba as an assetFamiliarity with network security technologies (e.G., Palo Alto, Cisco ISE)Willingness to travel to site locations as requiredNice‑to‑have:Experience with SD‑WAN technologies (e.G., VeloCloud)Experience supporting data centre builds or expansionsRelevant certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.)ABOUT THE ROLE:Location: Hybrid – Concord, ON + travel to sitesDuration: 6–12 months (with potential extension)Work hours: 40 hrs/weekPAY DISCLOSURE:Intermediate (6–9 years): $85–$105/hrSenior (10+ years): $105–$125/hrCompensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and market conditions.AI DISCLOSURE:We may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
