In this role, reporting directly to the Health & Wellness Manager, you will assist in personal care and daily activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. You will observe residents’ conditions, assist with meal preparation, and work collaboratively with families. Your commitment to excellence will shine as you uphold the standards of care expected at Cogir Senior Living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
• Observe and communicate changes in resident conditions




• Help with mobilization and transfers within the facility
• Provide emotional and cognitive support to residents
• Maintain cleanliness of residents’ living spaces
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide program graduate
• Experience in community health service for seniors
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification preferred
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
