Are you passionate about infant and toddler early childhood education?

Position is temporary working 7:45-4:15pm Mon-Thurs and 8-12:30pm Friday.

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Infant and Toddler Educator to join our team in Colwood, British Columbia. We practice the Reggio approach with an emergent curriculum and are down the street from Royal Roads forest where we enjoy taking the children to explore on a weekly basis.

Our centre is on the smaller side and max out at 8 children with 2 educators on the floor. Hours of operation are 8am-4:30pm Mon -Thurs & 8am-12:30pm Fri.

As an early childhood educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational workplace for young children. This is a rewarding prospect to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. The ideal candidate will have a recognized early childhood education diploma or degree, with a strong understanding of child development and learning.





You must have a clear understanding of the BC Early Learning Framework and experience implementing play-based, emergent curriculum. Your ability to build positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues is essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28-32/hr and a supportive work environment.
