We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.
- Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring their inclusion in all activities.




- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
- Bilingual skills in English and French are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Proficient computer skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Time management skills to balance multiple tasks while ensuring quality education delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual Pay: $18.00-$25.44 per hour
