Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part time Cleaner to join our team for the Morning Shift (5:00 AM–9:00 AM) near Chinook Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial and public spaces.

Experience operating a walk-behind floor scrubbing machine is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable using cleaning equipment and following proper cleaning and safety procedures. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed




- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Ensure all work areas are left tidy and presentable after each shift

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
