Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children(12 - 35 months), fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support each child's growth and learning journey.

Duties

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a protected, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, providing guidance and support as they navigate their developmental milestones.
- Assess children's progress through observation and documentation, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to meet individual needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices.
- Maintain a clean,



organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.

Skills

- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom materials and documentation efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of children in the classroom.

- Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (required)
