Castlepark is a vibrant daycare located in the east end, dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children. We welcome up to 34 children aged 4 to 10 years old and focus on fostering growth, learning, and joyful experiences.

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging activities, supporting children's development, and ensuring a positive classroom environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences , while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and fun for children ages 5-10 years
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and express themselves
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or requiring special education accommodations
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive experience
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities ,Attendance and organizational skills




- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions, snack times, outdoor play, and indoor play
- Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities such as patience, organization, and enthusiasm

Requirements
- ECE in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Education
- First Aid Certificate
- Up -to -date Police Reference Check
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a energetic environment
- Classroom experience that demonstrates leadership and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere
- Passion for early childhood education with a commitment to creating engaging learning experiences
