They are expanding their team to meet rising demand.ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end project delivery, manage deployments, and ensure successful execution of high-quality software solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders, to align technical strategies with business goals.Oversee adoption and application of the team's core technology stack, which includes Java, the Spring Framework, Vue.Js, Docker, Kubernetes, and other modern tools.Must-Have SkillsSoftware development management experience.Robust Software Engineering background.Experience managing technical deliverables and leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority, with a strong technical foundation in the relevant technology stack.Experience leading onshore/offshore hybrid teams—code reviews, task prioritization,
