Job OverviewPosition: Project ManagerType: ContractHours: Full-time (Mon‑Fri, 37.5 hrs/week)Location: Brantford, OntarioSalary: $79,657.50Contract Length: 12 months with possible extensionPosted: June 1, 2026Expires: June 12, 2026ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic, time‑limited projects across the AgencyDevelop project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies to support organizational prioritiesCollaborate with leaders and teams to design and implement tools, processes, and frameworks (e.G., KPI integration, performance management supports)Support planning and implementation of new programs and service enhancementsContribute to staff engagement initiatives, including development of recognition and retention strategiesSupport accreditation preparation, including coordination of activities, tracking progress, and follow‑up actionsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomesFacilitate collaboration across departments and support stakeholder engagementUse data and feedback to inform project implementation and continuous improvementDocument processes, tools, and learnings to support sustainability beyond the project lifecycleQualificationsDegree or diploma in Social/Human Services, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, program implementation,
