Position #: 180520 Expected Start Date: TBD Union: HSAS Facility: Kerrobert & District Health Centre City/Town: Kerrobert Department: Ambulance - Land Type: Part time regular FTE: 0.75 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends, Standby Hours of Work: 168hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician $29.909 to $36.572 Travel Required: No : Reporting to the Manager or designate for the area of province they are working, the Emergency Medical Services - EMT/PCP responds to emergency and non-emergency events. and provides assessment, treatment and transportation of the ill or injured persons consistent with The Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations; Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (SCoP) Clinical Practice Protocols; The Paramedics Act and bylaws; and Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) policies, procedures and work standards.
Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Primary Care Paramedic Certificate from an approved educational institute Licenses - Valid Class 4 driver's license Other Education and Training - International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS)

- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
