Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ skills, experiences, and employment needs to develop personalized action plans.
- Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to help clients overcome obstacles and build confidence in their job search journey.
- Facilitate job matching by connecting clients with suitable employers and training opportunities within the community.
- Support clients through resume writing, interview preparation, and job retention strategies to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with local businesses, training providers, and community organizations to expand employment pathways.
- Monitor client progress regularly,



adjusting plans as needed to maximize employment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress reports, and program documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience or demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate team efforts effectively.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse individuals.
- Experience working within employment services, social services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, employers, and community partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their career aspirations.
