Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their skills, aspirations, and employment barriers, developing personalized action plans.
- Assist job seekers in preparing resumes, practicing interview techniques, and improving employability skills.
- Actively build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their job search journey, ensuring sustained engagement.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops or training sessions aimed at enhancing job readiness and soft skills.
- Monitor client progress,



document interactions, and adjust strategies to maximize employment outcomes.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to expand resources and support networks for clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in supervising or managing teams or projects, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse individuals.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with clients, employers, and team members.
- Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop tailored employment plans.
- Knowledge of local labor markets, employment laws, and social services is advantageous.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
