Drive operational excellence as a Continuous Improvement Manager with an engineering background. Lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and implement key methodologies while ensuring safety and performance. In this full time role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
You will collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, enhance production performance, and foster a culture of problem-solving. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational cost savings and ensuring adherence to NSG/Pilkington standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using DMAIC and A3
- Drive waste reduction and implement sustainable improvements
- Ensure integration of continuous improvement into SOPs
- Manage MES functions and SAP compliance audits
- Coach and mentor teams on CI tools and methodologies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of operations management leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of MES/MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP
- Proven ability to operate in a 24/7 environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills Contribute to a culture of excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing operational performance.
