We are seeking a passionate and energetic English Tutor to inspire learners of sendondary students to achieve their language goals. In this dynamic role, you will deliver engaging lessons in English, tailored to each student’s needs, while fostering a positive and motivating learning environment. Duties

- Design and deliver comprehensive English lessons that cater to various proficiency levels in secondary schools, from beginner to advanced.
- Incorporate multimedia resources, interactive activities, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and conversational practice, providing constructive feedback.
- Support students in developing writing skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational fluency.




- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students’ cultural backgrounds and language learning styles, including Mandarin or Korean languages as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress reports, and attendance logs.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages questions, participation, and confidence-building.

Experience

- Proven experience working with students in an educational or tutoring setting.
- Demonstrated classroom experience or tutoring experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL).
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging lesson materials and assessments.
- Familiarity with different teaching methodologies suited for diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of varying skill levels.
- Prior experience in classroom management or group instruction is advantageous.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 – 12.0 per week
