Rental Coordinator - Edmonton, AlbertaLeavitt Machinery is seeking a customer service-oriented Rental Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Edmonton, Alberta. The role involves coordinating equipment within a designated territory, optimizing rental fleet utilization, and managing rental processes and documentation.Key responsibilities include:Managing internal and external rental requests within a designated territoryPartnering with internal service employees to prioritize shop itemsCollaborating with sales representatives to capture leads and ensure proper fleet utilizationAdministering contracts and monitoring billing of machinery on rentalsManaging quotation and responding to market changes in the territorySupporting sales representatives by maintaining key customer relationships over the phone and acquiring new prospectsRequired Skills & QualificationsPost-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline3–5 years of related work experience in a sales or customer service environmentStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Microsoft CRM is an assetExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic,
