Who This Role Is For This is a good fit for a clerk who: Has residential conveyancing experience in Ontario and can run a file start to finish Is highly computer proficient, comfortable learning new software and legal technology, and confident working across multiple digital platforms and systems Communicates clearly and calmly with clients, agents, lenders, and other firms Is adaptable, values clean and well-structured processes,



and is comfortable working within established systems while helping refine them over time Works well with autonomy and takes ownership of their work, while staying collaborative and connected with the team in a remote setting Wants to help shape a growing firm Is looking for a full-time role as part of a team, not a freelance or file-by-file arrangement What the Work Looks Like You’ll work on: Managing residential purchases, sales, refinances, and title transfers from opening to reporting Preparing title searches, off-title searches, preparing requisitions, and helping resolve title issues Preparing closing documents, statements of adjustments, and trust ledgers Ordering title insurance Working through lender instructions and portals, for both
