treatments and procedures competently in accordance to the provincial scope of RPN and adheres to the policies, procedures and protocols of Nurse Next Door.Assess and provide client and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis.Nursing task include medication administration, wound care, head to toe assessment, pain assessment, liaising with physicians, diabetic management.Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, other interdisciplinary team membersResponds to Care Services Center (CSC) Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline .Engages in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identified.Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properlyService the Brantford, Paris and nearby areas.RequirementsPrevious nursing experience is an asset.Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when neededValid CNO licenseMust be able to community verbally and in writing in English,
