If this is you, this is your team!Primary AccountabilitiesInterpret and administer the Children and Family Service Act.Collaborate with the team to ensure the effective delivery of services, youth programming, and case management.Manage quality through monitoring, assessing,



and reviewing incidents and intervention plans.Lead the enhancement and development of various approaches, committees, and initiatives when required.Ensure the effective management of human resources and supervise a team of employees.Qualifications And Experience- Bachelor’s degree or acceptable equivalent; several years of progressive experience supervising and/or managing a child and youth caring program.- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and access to a reliable vehicle.- Knowledge of human behaviour, trauma‑informed care, and a deep understanding of the motivation of young people to implement change in their lives.- Demonstrated knowledge of child and youth caring treatment programs, safety, and staffing issues in a child and youth care setting.- Strong organizational skills, experience in program development, and a proven ability to provide effective problem‑solving techniques in a similar environment.- Strong leadership and communication skills, verbal and written; collaborative leader who fosters partnerships and robust relationships with professionals and community partners.- Proven ability to provide inspirational leadership, individual and group supervision of staff, direction, guidance, coaching, and modelling of effective intervention strategies for children.- Ability to prepare and maintain staff shift schedules, recruit, motivate, and train staff within a 24/7 program.- Working knowledge of OSD child and family well‑being policies, relevant acts and legislation (Children and Family Services Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act) is an asset.EquivalencyWe recognize equivalent combinations of training, education, and experience,
