Duties
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis to meet individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ eye features and boost their confidence
- Provide personalized product recommendations and retail sales to support clients’ ongoing skincare routines
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas according to health regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist with a strong understanding of facial treatments and skin health
- Skilled in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about skincare routines and product benefits
- Previous experience in retail sales or upselling within a beauty or wellness workplace is preferred
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while providing top-tier customer service
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare products, and techniques is highly desirable
