New-Line is currently seeking a full-time Evening Order Picker to join our dedicated team at our Surrey location for the Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. shift.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and physical role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and thinking quickly on their feet. You will play a key role in ensuring internal customer orders are accurately picked, organized, and transferred to support efficient warehouse operations and exceptional customer service.

Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred; however, candidates who are eager to learn new skills and grow within the industry are encouraged to apply. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

You have:

- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy to ensure internal orders are picked and transferred correctly
- The ability to safely lift, push, and pull, and the awareness to ask for help when needed to maintain a safe work environment




- An interest in learning a new industry, understanding products, and developing professionally
- Good problem-solving skills; you use logic and experience to resolve issues and help “keep the customers moving”
- Excellent teamwork skills; you assist teammates when needed and contribute to a positive team setting
- A mechanically inclined mindset; you enjoy hands-on work with tools, equipment, and learning new skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized while prioritizing tasks
- A desire to join a growing team, share in team success, and develop leadership skills over time
