Job Summary

Reporting to the Restaurant & Retail Manager, the Event Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during events by providing food and beverage service with professionalism and efficiency. As part of the front-line team, the Event Server ensures that guests receive elevated service, creating memorable experiences for guests.

Roles and Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the FOH Manager, the Event Server's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Executing event setup and breakdown.
- Establishing qualified relationships with guests to create a comfortable environment.
- Providing guest service, including greeting guests, explaining menu items, and processing payments.
- Demonstrating knowledge of food and beverages offered.
- Performing opening and closing duties as required.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Maintaining high service standards
- Assisting team members when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service (Preferred).
- Valid Smart Serve certification.




- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong sales skills with enthusiasm for recommending products.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer service.
- Ability to properly and safely handle 25 - 50 lbs weight.

Working Conditions

- May require long periods of standing and walking.
- Versatile availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work in a busy and noisy environment with potential interruptions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required for extended periods.
