We are an established farm custom manure hauling operation looking for an Experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scraping livestock pens and loading manure trucks to keep our operations running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Pen Scraping: Safely and efficiently scrape livestock pens and yards, managing manure levels and maintaining clean working areas.
- Truck Loading: Rapidly and accurately load tandem and semi-manure trucks to optimize turnaround times for the hauling crew.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections on the excavator, grease joints, monitor fluid levels, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Site Safety: Operate machinery in accordance with farm safety standards and company protocols, working closely with truck drivers and ground crew.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience Required: Proven experience operating excavators (agricultural, construction, or earthmoving backgrounds welcome).
- Asset: A valid commercial trucking license (Class 1 or Class 3, or regional equivalent) is a strong asset and may allow for additional duties/compensation.
- Agricultural Mindset: Familiarity with livestock operations, farm safety, and working around large agricultural equipment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours or long shifts during peak busy seasons.
