You will also follow a clearly defined career path that recognises personal development and contribution to the company.The annual salary for this position is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 .This salary is a guideline and actual compensation will be based on level of experience.What do the first three months on the job look like?As an Experienced Technical Business Analyst you can expect to be responsible for:Work in the Products team, working with insurers (primarily based in Western Canada time zones) to build and improve Personal Lines productsHelp clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use the highly configurable and complex Acturis SystemDesign and implement top quality current software solutionsSolve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approachGather client requirements and turn these into detailed, unambiguous and accurate specificationsManage the build of sometimes complex implementations,



and ensure this is done to specificationContinuously monitor and improve all aspects of the Acturis SystemSupport the sales team by contributing to client proposals including presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clientsTrainingActuris believes that a mix of internal and external training allows colleagues to develop rounded skills:New joiners receive concentrated initial training and close mentoringColleagues are encouraged to complete industry standard training in relevant topicsMore senior colleagues can choose courses with time set aside and the course paid forThe Acturis management team run training sessions to pass on experience and best practiceJob requirementsCandidate ProfileThe successful candidates will have following attributes:Degree in Math, Physics, Engineering or other STEM disciplineAn aptitude for applying technology and structured problem solvingStrong communication skills and an ability to build relationships with clientsLogical, well organized and practicalA track record of delivering on projects and an ability to carry tasks through to completionConfident and eager to take responsibilityAn ability to work in teams and learn quickly, seamlessly collaborating with othersComputer literate (e.G.
