and Occupational Health and Safety complianceManage inventory, purchasing and logistics systems; manage reporting and administrative dutiesRequired SkillsStrong operational leadership and problem‑solving skillsKnowledge of food, warehouse, logistics, workplace safety, WHMIS and customer service systemsAbility to lead, engage, motivate and collaborate with volunteersStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsStrong Microsoft and computer literacy skills requiredEducation and Experience5+ years operations leadership experience, preferably in a food service operationPost‑secondary degree in a related field; professional designation in a related field preferredValid AB driver’s license and provincially‑recognized food safety certification required (within first 30 days)Equivalencies may be consideredCompensationThe SFB is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and accessible workplace that reflects the diversity of our community.
