Lead business process change management initiatives supporting Fidelity Canada strategic goals Lead discovery work for business initiatives and facilitate problem-solving workshops with cross-functional groups and stakeholders Analyze complex business issues, identify pain points, and communicate issues logically to stakeholders Identify process risks and collaboratively design solutions to minimize their impact Design business processes aligned with risk, regulatory and compliance requirements Develop end-to-end process and value stream maps for current and future-state processes Lead business change management assignments through successful completion Prepare or coordinate process change documentation, flowcharts, operating procedures, and target operating models Support development of process documentation, procedures, technical requirements, and end-user materials Support Learning & Development in creating and delivering training for changed business processes Prepare communications and presentations for stakeholders and senior management Partner with Fidelity Canada Risk to integrate risk reduction into programs Build relationships with business partners to improve operational excellence and client experience Collaborate with technology partners to implement digitalization and automation solutions Promote BPM techniques supporting automation and operational efficiency Collaborate with technology teams on IT tools, processes, and advanced technology adoption Requirements Current work authorization for Canada is required Post-secondary education in IT, Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Business Process Analysis/Management education and/or related work experience Minimum 3 years of work experience in Business Process Management,
Process Improvement or Operational Excellence Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry Demonstrated experience in business process management and improvement Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organizational awareness, focus on key partnerships, teamwork and relationship building Business case development and financial modelling Comfort working in ambiguous environments Solid understanding of the finance industry and core business processes Solid understanding of technology trends Innovation and creativity Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification considered an asset Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Business Process Management and Improvement, with a robust focus on risk, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
