This is a high-ownership role for a payroll qualified who thrives independently and takes pride in running a tight, compliant operation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn full-cycle payroll for a multi-jurisdictional, salaried workforce across Canada and the U.S.Administer Canadian and U.S. benefits programs, process sales commissions, and prepare payroll approval and variance reports.Ensure payroll compliance across CRA, IRS, and applicable provincial/state regulations, maintaining audit-ready records.Lead year-end close including T4, W-2,
