If you are ready to trade the daily grind for a high‑impact, permanent career home where your autonomy and operational expertise are fully trusted, your dock is waiting.ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate dock operations, directing the end‑to‑end movement of diverse products, materials, and heavy machinery entering and leaving the facility.Manage shipping & receiving: verify incoming manifests and process outgoing shipments to maintain inventory integrity.Navigate changing priorities, pivoting seamlessly between urgent orders, unexpected freight arrivals, and general inventory organization.Drive standalone efficiency, taking complete ownership of the warehouse floor and maintaining high‑volume output with minimal supervisor oversight.Optimize facility space, strategically placing and staging goods to keep pathways safe and logistics fluid.Move products, materials, and machinery daily inside and outside the warehouse using manual and mechanical means.Complete customer orders by locating, picking and building orders, then preparing them for shipment.Unload and load trucks efficiently, ensuring products are secure and verifying accuracy of labels and documentation.Restock inventory into correct bins, shelving,
