Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their HR team in a highly collaborative and strategic capacity. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing consultative support to drive people strategies that align with business objectives and organizational vision.This is an excellent chance for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leadership to influence meaningful outcomes across talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.Compensation Expected salary range is $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus (commensurate with experience)What You Will Do Provide strategic HR advice and coaching to senior leaders across areas including: Workforce planningTalent managementEmployee relationsCompensation and organizational designEmployee engagementAct as a trusted advisor and employee advocate, supporting individuals on workplace-related mattersManage and escalated complex employee relations issues in partnership with the Employee Relations & Centres of ExcellenceIdentify trends and emerging people-related risks across client groups; recommend and implementproactive solutionsSupport key HR cycles such as talent reviews, performance management, and compensation planningLead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives,
