Come join a great team of great people committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.The job involves:The Director partners with other IT leaders to support enterprise initiatives, while ensuring that day-to-day operations—including cloud platforms, networks, servers, firewalls, virtualization platforms and end-user services—are effectively managed within a regulated environment.Execution of the IT strategic plan in collaboration with the rest of the IT Leadership team, ensuring high availability, performance,
and reliability of all IT systems and servicesOversee IT service management processes aligned to ITIL (incident, problem, change, and request management)Establish and monitor service levels (SLAs) and key performance metricsProvides support to the Corporate IT services team for Cyber Security and Business IntelligenceOptimize IT HelpdeskReviewing existing and proposed departmental processes and suggest ways to improve such processes and mitigate risks to support a strong compliance cultureRemaining current with technology, research, recommend and implement new technology products and services to add value to our customersManage relationships with infrastructure, cloud and managed services vendorsMonitor operational spend and work with procurement to ensure cost-effective sourcing of technology solutionsEnsure effective and efficient IT policies and procedures are developed and followed to continuously drive efficiency across the departmentLead infrastructure and operations-related projects,
