The successful candidate will ensure projects move efficiently through the organization while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and strong customer relationships.This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership and day‑to‑day operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support teams across estimating, purchasing, design/drafting, and account management.Oversee project workflow from initial customer request through production release.Improve processes, increase efficiency,
