Specifically:sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenanceserve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technicianexplain nature of vehicle maintenance and costsadvise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenanceschedule appointments; contact customerswith vehicle repair status updates/follow-upsaccurately prepare repair orders and invoicesAbout you…Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling,



including:3 to 5 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/ordealership experienceSecondary School diploma, or equivalent experienceproficiency working with ERP systems (ie.
