Duties

- Perform a wide range of professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and disinfecting workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring their experience is relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail nail care products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue




- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips for long-lasting results
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments

Experience

- Proven experience as a professional nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
- Demonstrated expertise in various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing exceptional customer service
- Experience in body waxing is a plus, enabling you to offer comprehensive beauty services
- Prior retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and increasing revenue
