Experienced Commercial Cleaner – Part-Time Evenings

Shine Clean Ltd. is a growing commercial cleaning company serving professional facilities throughout Red Deer. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner for evening work at multiple client locations.

This position is best suited for someone who already has professional cleaning experience, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking for reliable, long-term part-time employment with opportunities for additional hours as our company grows.

Position Responsibilities

- Perform professional cleaning at assigned commercial locations
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and high-touch surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and wipe desks, furniture, fixtures, and other designated surfaces
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Follow detailed site-specific cleaning checklists and procedures
- Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages
- Secure client facilities according to established procedures
- Maintain consistent quality standards on every shift

Required Qualifications

Applicants must have

- Previous professional or commercial cleaning experience
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel between client locations
- Reliable availability for evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy work habits
- Ability to follow written instructions and site-specific procedures
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Legal authorization to work in Canada





Criminal Record / Background Check A satisfactory criminal record/background check is required as a condition of employment due to the nature of our client facilities. The successful candidate will initially be responsible for the cost of obtaining the required background check. Shine Clean Ltd. will reimburse the background check fee after three months of continuous employment, subject to satisfactory performance and continued employment.

- Primarily evening shifts
- Work performed at multiple commercial locations within Red Deer
- Some weekend availability may be required depending on client schedules
- Additional hours may become available based on performance, reliability, and company growth
