BuildCare Group Commercial & Property Cleaning Winnipeg is a growing cleaning company specializing in office cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning services.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning services according to company standards
- Clean and sanitize offices, commercial spaces, and residential properties
- Complete move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning projects
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces
- Clean washrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas
- Remove garbage and replace liners
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Report damages, safety concerns, or client issues promptly
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members

Qualifications

- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Experience with office, commercial, or post-construction cleaning is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic




- Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and perform cleaning duties throughout a shift
- Reliable transportation is required

- Weekends as needed

Pay: $15.80-$27.59 per hour
