We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your expertise in eyelash applications, combined with strong customer service skills, will help enhance our clients' beauty and confidence.

Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications at least 2 Years of Experience.
- Perform Lash Lift and tint
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling beauty products related to eyelash care.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.




- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is essential.
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform front desk duties, including appointment scheduling and client management.
- Experience in upselling beauty products is a plus.
