What You’ll Be Doing

As a Facility Coordinator, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for athletes and clients. Your role will include:

· Greeting clients and creating a positive first impression

· Scheduling facility use, trainers, and staff

· Managing emails, phone calls, and general office tasks

· Handling inquiries, solving problems, and stepping up during busy moments

· Supporting day-to-day operations and helping maintain the facility

What You’ll Need

· High school diploma (or equivalent experience)

· Experience in customer service (sports, retail, fitness, or hospitality is a bonus)

· A background or interest in sports/athletics

· First Aid with CPR C and AED certification

· Police record check

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Schedule & Details

· 15–30 hours per week (varies by season)

· Evening and weekend availability is required

· Reliable transportation is needed (location is outside major bus routes)
