About The Opportunity As part of a cross-functional, service-oriented team, you will play a key role in advancing and scaling Dayforceu2019s centralized Linguistic Services model. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Linguistic Strategy and Services, you will partner with internal stakeholders, linguists, vendors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality multilingual and regionally relevant content for Dayforceu2019s global audiences. This role combines linguistic expertise, project ownership, and technology-driven innovation. You will use Translation Management Systems (TMS), large language models (LLMs), AI-powered solutions,



and automation to improve how linguistic services are deliveredu2014identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability. The successful candidate is a collaborative, highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global, and sometimes ambiguous setting.
