As a Program Manager, you will oversee daily operations and provide supervision to employees within a child and youth service framework. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead staff supervision and performance evaluations • Develop person-centered service plans collaboratively • Coordinate the care team for holistic assessments • Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with agency policies and quality standards
Requirements: • Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience • At least three years of relevant leadership experience • Valid first aid and Class 5 driver’s license • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices • Strong organization and crisis management skills
