As a Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your role includes delivering on service standards to achieve store objectives, which includes in‑store sales, web orders, and other goals directed by the Store Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesMaximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.Carry out other tasks as assigned.QualificationsOpen, approachable,
