We're looking for an F&I; professional who lives in the non-prime and sub-prime space — someone who can structure a deal most managers would walk away from, and who has the lender relationships to back it up.

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager with genuine non-prime expertise to join our high-performing team.

What You're Stepping Into

- A large existing customer database, paired with aggressive modern advertising generating consistent traffic
- Strong digital advertising and lead generation
- A high-volume Service Department that consistently drives additional F&I; opportunities
- A sales process built for high closing ratios and strong product penetration
- A significant non-prime market in our region, with healthy margins and active lender relationships already in place

Key Responsibilities
- Structure and secure financing/leasing approvals across prime, non-prime, and sub-prime credit tiers — with focus on non-prime and sub-prime deal structuring
- Maintain and grow relationships with lending partners, including non-prime institutions, to maximize approvals
- Present and sell credit insurance, life, accident & health products, extended warranties, and vehicle protections
- Give customers clear, straightforward explanations of all F&I; products and terms




- Process finance and lease contracts accurately across multiple lending partners
- Ensure complete, compliant documentation - titles, liens, taxes, and disclosure requirements
- Coach the sales team on deal flow and the value of F&I; products and programs
- Uphold OMVIC, legal, and ethical standards in every transaction

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I; experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven non-prime/sub-prime deal structuring, with active lender relationships in that space — this is the core requirement for the role
- Valid OMVIC licence
- Solid communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach

Pay: $150,000.00-$230,687.00 per year
