The Role

We’re looking for an organized and hands-on Field Coordinator to support our site leadership team in delivering high-quality large-scale projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate trade activities, manage day-to-day site operations, and help drive schedule performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. You’ll play a key role in monitoring trade productivity,



supporting the implementation of project execution and construction plans, and ensuring materials, documentation, and site logistics are aligned for success.

From collaborating with trades and tracking progress to supporting QA/QC efforts and maintaining a clean, well-run site, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced construction environment and is eager to grow their career in the field.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General Duties

- Assisting the Superintendent with trade contractor management
- Assisting with work conflicts and schedule challenges
- Monitoring quality plan
- Supporting the Superintendent with implementation of ‘Project Execution Plan’
- Monitoring trade performance and productivity tracking
- Use of Structionsite for pictures / walk-throughs and infectious control review
- Collaborating with the project team and address issues as a team
- Assisting in implementation of Construction Plan & Master Schedule
- Take offs for Marco supplied materials /quantities
- Monitoring the functionality and effectiveness of heaters and fans
- Keeping the job site clean and tidy with the assistance of subtrades
- Performing daily carpenter and labor tasks





Safety Duties

- Supporting the Superintendent in implementation of Project Specific HSE Plan
- Helping enforce Project HSE Policies, and Procedures
- Completing mandatory HSE Training
- Participating in monthly safety inspections as part of team inspections c/w PSI & JHA Audits per inspection
- Participating in document incident investigation
- Performing orientation for trades, receive training records and import into Procore
- Participate in the JOHSC meetings

Quality Management Duties

- Monitoring quality plan / quality control
- Assisting field team with Interior QA/QC punch-outs & Architectural Deficiency Program & Tracking
- Helping review room readiness for finishing trades (i.e., flooring for material removal, garbage etc.)
- Participate in Subtrade Quality Plan
- Assisting in Conduct Constructability Reviews

Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Engineering, CET certification, a carpentry program or equivalent training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A passion for construction and the desire to work on large project sites
- Capacity to efficiently prioritize and work under tight deadlines
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and constructions software such as Procore
- Experience in construction, drawings, and specifications
