Our Edmonton-based team is looking for an enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist to represent Rogers products and services out in the community. As an Authorized Representative of Rogers, this Field Marketing Specialist prospect is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and developing their sales and marketing skills in an active, on-the-go role.

We're looking for motivated individuals who are confident, personable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment. The Field Marketing Specialist position offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and consumer engagement. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Be Doing As a Field Marketing Specialist, you'll represent Rogers products and services while creating positive, informative interactions with consumers in your assigned territory.



The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

- Engaging directly with consumers in the field to understand their needs and introduce relevant Rogers products and services
- Driving product awareness and supporting sales through professional, informative conversations
- Educating consumers on available Rogers products, services, and promotions
- Answering questions and providing accurate information on the spot
- Helping consumers identify products and services that align with their needs
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current Rogers offerings and promotions
- Building positive relationships through professional communication
- Working toward individual and team performance goals
- Collaborating with team members to create a strong field presence
