Value safety as a Field Safety Advisor for Valard Construction on the Waasigan Transmission Line project near Thunder Bay, ON. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring in office safety. This position supports all safety initiatives by working closely with field supervisors and labor crews.

Responsibilities include conducting safety meetings, engaging in safety reviews, and managing incident investigations. Work a schedule of 20 days on, 10 days off with accommodations provided. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a visible safety resource in the field
- Assist in daily hazard assessments and communications
- Facilitate safety meetings and document findings
- Review job safety analyses regularly
- Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety, and Environmental Manual Requirements:
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of construction safety experience
- Valid NCSO or CRST Certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clean valid driver's license Contribute to effective safety management on a vital transmission project with Valard Construction.
